The short film "Air Head" is created entirely with Sora AI – are you fooled?

An impressive short film made with AI – can you spot anything that reveals it's entirely computer-generated?

When Open AI presented its hyper-realistic AI video of a woman walking through a city, many found the result to be both amazing and frightening. The generative AI model can create realistic video from text – and can generate complex movements, sequences, and people that look real.

However, not everyone was convinced that the movements and sequences appeared completely lifelike. There was something that made it all seem lifeless and static, despite all its movements.

But now, Open AI has released several short films created with Sora through collaboration with designers, creators, and filmmakers to learn more about how Sora can be used in filmmaking. "We have many improvements left to make with Sora, but we are already getting a glimpse of how the model can assist creators in bringing their ideas to life," they wrote in a press release.
